A predictable four-stage process from enquiry to delivered load — engineered so your line never waits on packaging.
1. Requirement & Drawing
Share load weight, dimensions, quantity, destination and whether export compliance is needed. We return a spec sheet and drawing for sign-off.
2. Material & Production
Timber and plywood are graded and cut to the approved drawing, then assembled on nailing jigs that hold geometry across the full batch.
3. Treatment & QC
Export lots are heat treated and IPPC stamped. Every batch passes dimensional, moisture and joint checks before it leaves the floor.
4. Dispatch & Delivery
Loads are stacked to protect edges and dispatched by our own transport partners across Gujarat's GIDC belts, with pan-India freight for bulk orders.
