Timber Yard
Pine and seasoned hardwood is graded on arrival and stacked for air circulation. Every lot is checked for bark, knots and moisture before it enters the line.
Cutting & Sizing
Multi-blade saws cut deck boards, stringers and blocks to your specification with a ±5 mm tolerance, so pallets fit racking and containers precisely.
Kiln Drying & Heat Treatment
Export stock is heat treated to a 56°C core for 30 minutes, bringing moisture to 12–18% and qualifying the consignment for ISPM-15 IPPC stamping.
Assembly & Nailing
Pneumatic nailing jigs hold square geometry across large batches — critical for four-way entry pallets and heavy machinery crates on skids.
